30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@aquavibeshop.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, contact us at support@aquavibeshop.store and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case AquaVibe will cover the return shipping.
